Jestem klientka od "komina 1.0" i używam idów firmy Lekko Wear od 2019 roku. Chusta antysmogowa 3.0 jest bardzo starannie wykonana, nosi się ja wygodnie. Zamek na boku umożliwia szybkie zakładanie/zdejmowanie. Chusta sprawdza się podczas spaceru, jak i jazdy rowerem. Test wytrzymałościowy: byłam na spacerze, kiedy sąsiad z domu jednorodzinnego rozpalił w kominku i zaczęło się mocno dymić. Bez chusty czułam niepryzjemny zapach, z chusta nie czułam nic. Polecam!

What is the difference between the scarf version 1.0 and 2.0?
Scarf 2.0 is a version in which we have optimized the airflow by changing the filter design and adding open intakes to make it easier to breathe during heavy activity. We have also improved the system of fitting to the face and introduced a sizing system, which together with other changes helped to further increase comfort and safety - reducing the risk of leaks. You can find more information about the changes in the scarf in version 2.0 on our blog.
How to choose the size of the scarf in version 2.0?
The size is a very individual issue, depending on the distance between the hollow above the nose and the top of the chin. It is best to measure the mentioned distance and choose the size according to the guidelines - they can be found in the description of each scarf on our website.
Can the Lekko scarf be washed?
Yes, but remember to wash it in mild detergents, on programs designed for delicate garments. To increase the durability of the scarf, and to prevent creasing and rubbing, we recommend storing it in the box provided.
Does the Lekko scarf adhere to your face and keep harmful particulates out?
Lekko scarves are equipped with a double adjustment system, which makes it easy to adjust them to the shape of your body. Thanks to this solution the scarves do not slip and at the same time they do not put pressure on your neck area. The elastic noseband is designed so that it can be easily shaped, so that it comfortably fits to the face without causing discomfort and at the same time fulfills its protective function. It has been designed with several components. The most important are a flexible insert made of laser-cut steel and a special soft foam that adapts to the shape of the nose and seals the edge. This allows the scarf and filter to fit comfortably on the face, providing a tight seal around the nose and cheeks without causing discomfort, yet ensuring effective filtration of contaminants.
Does the Lekko scarf cause any discomfort when worn?
The inner layer of the scarf consists of half cotton padding and a pleasant-to-touch micro mesh separating your skin from the filter surface. This avoids irritation to the skin on your face and around your neck, while still being comfortable to wear.
Does the Lekko scarf cause breathing resistance?
With proper sealing of the scarf and daily use, breathing resistance may occur in the scarf due to the filtering process and the passage of inhaled air through the filter structure. If you feel resistance to breathing, it is a sign that the scarf is sealed and filtering all the air you inhale. To breathe easier, make sure the side clamp is tightened well. Thanks to a good fit, you do not inhale stale air from under your chin - instead, a negative pressure is created, which draws fresh air from outside through the fitted filter. This way of adjusting allows you to enjoy clean air and breathe easy. Scarf 2.0 version has additional air inlets, opened by pulling the zippers on both sides of the scarf. Opening them allows the air to flow more freely and leads it directly to the filter, bypassing the outer layer of the knitted fabric and thus reducing breathing resistance.
